For our client, we are looking for a Help Desk Operator who will support employees with their daily IT issues and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment.

Main responsibilities:

• managing basic user access to IT systems and resources,
• reporting hardware, software, and telecommunication system failures to external service providers,
• upgrading and configuring IT and telecommunication equipment,
• installing and configuring operating systems and user software,
• providing first-line IT and technical support to end users,
• registering and classifying incoming tickets and assigning appropriate priorities,
• participating in the diagnosis, inventory management, and distribution of IT equipment,
• handling support requests in a timely manner,
• identifying and implementing the most effective and efficient solutions to technical issues.
