Job description

Serving as a Scrum Master in an interdisciplinary team developing Mobile Banking, in particular:

  • Actively supporting the team in working in accordance with the Scrum framework (facilitating events, promoting Scrum values, ensuring the quality of artifacts)
  • Developing the team through the organization of workshops, training sessions, and coaching
  • Supporting the Product Owner in effective backlog management
  • Building collaboration between the team, stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Analyzing and optimizing processes to improve work efficiency
  • Direct contact with Top Management and participation in removing impediments
  • Participating in cross-team synchronization and cooperating with other departments
  • Promoting and improving Scrum across the organization in collaboration with other Scrum Masters and the Agile Coach
Experience required

Our requirements:

  • You are passionate about Scrum and agile methodologies
  • You enjoy working with people and initiating positive change
  • You are proactive and not afraid to face resistance within a team or organization
  • You are eager to grow, share knowledge, and collaborate with other Scrum Masters and the Agile Coach
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT teams
  • You have experience implementing and developing agile practices within an organization
  • You are familiar with tools that support agile teams, such as Jira and Confluence
  • You hold a university degree
  • You possess a Professional Scrum Master™ level I (PSM I) certificate or an equivalent one
