Job description

For our client in the banking industry, we’re looking for a UX Designer who wants to help shape the future of digital banking.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independently leading end-to-end UX projects — from research and analysis, through prototyping, to testing and iteration,
  • Close collaboration within an Agile team including Product Owners, analysts, developers, and UX researchers,
  • Co-creating and continuously developing the bank’s Design System,
  • Planning and participating in qualitative and quantitative research with banking service users,
  • Presenting design solutions to stakeholders and ensuring a consistent user experience across web, mobile, and offline channels.
Experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in a UX / UI / Product Designer role
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), as well as team collaboration tools such as FigJam or Miro
  • Knowledge of the full design process — from research, through prototyping, to testing and iteration 
  • Ability to analyze complex business and user processes (including in the context of banking) and translate them into clear and intuitive interfaces
  • Experience working with Design Systems and in an Agile/Scrum environment 
  • A portfolio or other materials showcasing previous projects and design approach
