Coordination of the financial planning process in accordance with the rules and procedures defined within the Project Portfolio.

Coordination of the financial forecasting process.

Ongoing monitoring of expenses and resource engagement at the Department, program and project levels, including analysis of variances against financial plans and forecasts (OPEX, CAPEX, depreciation).

Support in the registration process of Construction in Progress / Work in Progress investments (cooperation with accounting and tax teams).

Ongoing monitoring of the level of Construction in Progress and coordination of the depreciation start for intangible assets (WNiP).

Monitoring of operational cost provisions within the Department.

Support in the classification of expenses (OPEX/CAPEX) in line with accounting and tax guidelines.

Ongoing support of the financial settlement process, including review and approval of purchase orders.

Handling of financial document workflows, mainly VAT invoices.

Financial support for the Department in the analysis of expenses against contracts and purchase orders.

Verification of financial requirements at the closure of projects and initiatives (including support in starting depreciation and completing data at project gates).

Approval of purchase requisitions in systems supporting the procurement process.

Budget management in tools supporting financial planning and forecasting at the Department level.

Support in preparing data for audits and inspections by supervisory authorities.

Control of data quality in financial reporting and accounting systems related to the Department.
