We develop and maintain applications that support banking products (accounts, savings), transfers and card transactions, as well as local and international payment systems.

ROLE DESCRIPTION, MAIN TASKS
• Managing application packages using tools such as Jira, Jenkins, svn, git
• Automating deployments and CI/CD processes
• Writing scripts to automate the verification of a given area of functionality and its integration (soapui, jmeter, etc.)
• Analysis of problems/errors occurring in applications in production and non-production environments
• Management of application servers and applications installed on them
• Analysis and evaluation of new projects/functionalities from a technical and implementation perspective
• Contact with service/software providers
• Coordination of system integration in a given product area
Main requirements
• Knowledge of the Kubernetes platform (TKGI) and methods of managing and deploying elements on it
• Knowledge of application servers (WebLogic, Websphere, Tomcat), application deployment, and domain configuration
• Knowledge of Kafka-based solutions (Confluent and AKHQ platforms)
• Knowledge of computer network issues
• Knowledge of operating systems: Linux (Red Hat), Windows – certification welcome
• Automation skills
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., BASH, Python)
• Ability to write SQL scripts and use object databases
• Knowledge of log review tools such as Kibana (ability to pattern search indexes)
• Experience with log management and backup systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a production environment
• We value excellent communication and interpersonal skills in this position. In terms of communication, the ability to combine technical and business language is expected
• Availability and willingness to work different hours, including nights
• Ability to respond quickly to incidents in a 24/7 environment
• Independence and responsibility resulting from working in a critical environment
Nice to have
• Knowledge of webMethods Software AG applications
• Experience with databases (especially Oracle), including NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins)
• Knowledge of monitoring and visualization solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
