For our client in the financial sector, I am looking for a person to support and maintain a scheduling platform and batch process automation environment. We are looking for a candidate with a technical background (or currently studying), who is open to learning, detail-oriented, and responsible in completing assigned tasks.
• Monitor the performance of processes and the production environment.
• Support the maintenance and configuration of process schedules.
• Analyze and resolve ongoing operational issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams during changes and deployments.
• Participate in the migration of processes to a new automation and orchestration platform.
• Contribute to process automation initiatives.
• Support the maintenance and development of the operational environment.
