We are looking for an experienced DLP Expert Analyst to join a project delivered for a leading financial institution. In this role, you will investigate data protection incidents, monitor security events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen data security and minimize the risk of data leakage.

Location: Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warsaw / Łódź
Work model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week from the office)

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) incidents.
• Monitor security events and perform incident investigations.
• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify potential security risks.
• Prepare Business Intelligence and cybersecurity reports.
• Produce detailed incident reports, including root cause analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation recommendations.
• Work closely with security teams and business stakeholders to improve DLP processes.
• Support data protection awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Contribute to the daily operational activities of the DLP team.
