• Designing test cases and preparing test data
• Conducting tests and documenting test results
• Identifying and logging detected defects
• Designing and creating mocks
• Reporting risks
• Test automation using Cucumber, X-Ray and Gherkin
• At least 2 years’ experience as a manual/automation tester
• A university degree (in a science-related field; preferably in computer science, mathematics or economics)
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and the fundamentals of software engineering
• Knowledge of the basics of relational databases
• Knowledge of the basics of the SQL query language
• Basic programming skills in any high-level language
• Proficiency in English sufficient to work with technical system documentation
• Ability to draw logical conclusions (dealing effectively with new issues/problems)
• Ability to build relationships, teamwork skills, good communication skills
• Accountability for assigned tasks
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work under time pressure
Nice to have:
• Experience in banking
• Knowledge of CI/CD process automation tools
