We are looking for an experienced leader in the field of financial markets and bank integration to support us in a key Treasury transformation project. The role in the project will involve coordinating the work of business and technology teams, as well as designing and supervising system integration. This role will be the key point of contact between business and IT, ensuring that technological solutions support the business objectives of the project.
Responsibilities
• Coordinating the work of technology teams
• Business and system analysis: Conducting analysis of current processes and system architecture in the areas of Treasury and Markets.
• Designing integration solutions: Designing the target system architecture, including planning data migration and system integration.
• Collaboration with stakeholders: Working closely with business teams (front office, back office, risk), IT teams, and external suppliers.
• Overseeing data migration: Overseeing data migration processes between Treasury systems.
• Implementation support: Actively supporting teams in implementing the new system architecture, including testing and validating solutions.
• Product knowledge: Sharing knowledge about Treasury products and processes, such as transactions in derivatives, currencies, debt instruments, etc.
• System expertise: Providing support and advice on front office, trading, and post-trade systems.
Salary: 130 – 165 zł/h + vat
Candidate profile
• Experience in integration projects: documented experience in integration projects, data migration, or implementation of new system architecture in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of financial markets: in-depth knowledge of Treasury products and processes, including the functioning of financial markets (e.g., market risk, mandatory reporting, regulatory reporting in the area of Treasury and derivative products)
• Knowledge of systems: very good knowledge of front office systems, trading platforms, and post-trade platforms, such as Murex, Calypso, or Condor.
• Understanding of architecture: excellent understanding of Markets system architecture.
• Analytical skills: strong analytical skills that allow for quick diagnosis of problems and proposing effective solutions.
• Management experience: at least 3 years of experience in a leadership/management position in the Markets area.
• Communication: ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups, both on the business and technical sides.
• English: Fluent spoken and written English, enabling comfortable communication in an international environment.
Additional advantages
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions: Experience in projects related to bank mergers.
• Certifications: Project management (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) certifications.
• Technical knowledge: Knowledge of databases (SQL) or programming languages.
