As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• managing complex projects
• ensuring the delivery and acceptance of project deliverables within budget, scope and deadlines
• managing orders with internal and external suppliers
• identifying dependencies between programmes/projects to ensure the effective
• implementation of interdependent initiatives
• managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

As a Scrum Master, you will:

• be an expert in SCRUM and use it to maximise the efficiency of delivering valuable products
• understanding the principles of frameworks/practices and the ability to apply them in practice (Scrum, Kanban, other practices for scaling agility)
• Strengthening autonomy and responsibility within the team by building team awareness of the products being created
• Building an Agile Mindset by encouraging experimentation and empiricism and shaping a proactive approach within the team

Improving the team’s way of working by:

• assisting the Product Owner in formulating goals and decomposing tasks to maximise the value delivered by the team
• addressing risks and problems and removing obstacles that hinder the team’s productive work
• analysing the effectiveness of the entire team, drawing conclusions and taking improvement measures
• effectively facilitating Scrum events

And:

• training and support in improving the effectiveness of SCRUM teams
• providing support to other Scrum Masters, sharing experience and creating an environment conducive to learning
