Job description

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst specializing in core systems for financial markets, to join a project focused on developing and enhancing business-critical solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • System analysis and integration of implemented solutions 
  • Development, testing, and maintenance of tools supporting sales and post-sales processes for financial market products
  • Collaboration in implementing solutions for sales processes involving financial instruments
  • Coordination of activities with internal and external teams

  • Work in an international environment, including cooperation with financial markets IT teams within the banking group

Experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system analysis (preferably in banking or financial markets)
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions
  • Experience in integration projects or implementing new system architecture in the banking sector
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following systems: Murex, Calypso, Condor
  • Solution design and system documentation using UML, BPMNFamiliarity with CASE tools – preferably Enterprise Architect, Camunda
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
  • Understanding of RestAPI, AsyncAPI, and system integration patterns
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills, independence, and proactiveness

  • Experience in working with various stakeholders
