TASKS THAT AWAIT YOU:

• conducting business analyses for the leader of the consumer finance market in Poland
• developing and analyzing requirements for IT solutions in the Bank and its business partners
• modeling new and improving existing business processes
• preparing project documentation – in accordance with the applicable methodology (diagrams: including classes, sequences, activities, use cases)
• cooperating with designers, developers and testers, as well as with the internal business client as part of the Agile team, so that the results of your work will translate into changes and improvements in various areas of the Bank’s operations

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• higher education (preferable: technical, IT or economic, but your skills and knowledge are the most important for us)
• at least 4 years of experience in work related to analysis and design of information systems
• practical analytical skills supported by the implementation of specific projects
• knowledge of the principles of business, functional and system analysis
• working in MS SQL data management system and good knowledge of T-SQL
• active and supported by experience use of UML, BPMN notation
• ability to work with Enterprise Architect modeling tool
• communicative knowledge of English-at least at B2 level
