Main tasks:
• identifying business needs at the system user level and proposing solutions
• defining and specifying functional and non-functional requirements within projects
• modelling processes (BPMN) and system flows
• creating analytical and design documentation
• designing services
• verifying key documents prepared within projects
• cooperating with business, architects and IT teams, developers, testers
• supporting tests and validating the compliance of solutions with requirements
• participating in refinements, planning and demos in Scrum
• supporting ongoing project work
Expected profile:
• Higher education in engineering, economics or banking
• Knowledge of banking products.
• Experience in investment funds, investment consulting, accounts and savings products is welcome
• Knowledge of compliance (GDPR, AML, KNF)
• Active participation in projects related to the implementation of new functionalities in banking systems
• Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 (UML) modelling techniques
• Fluency in creating user stories, use cases, BPMN/UML diagrams, API/system flow specifications
• Practical knowledge of tools: Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Confluence, SQL (basics)
• Understanding of system architecture (microservices, integrations, queues, REST/SOAP API)
• Strong communication skills and ability to independently lead topics, proactivity, good cooperation with IT and business
• Ability to work in Agile and build good relationships
• Independence, good work organisation, stress resistance
• Knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• At least 4 years of experience in business/system analysis in the banking sector
