We are looking for an experienced Financial Markets Analyst to support our Client in a project to create and develop solutions in the area of financial markets.
Tasks – analysis and design of business processes and their implementation in systems. This person will be the key point of contact between business and IT, ensuring that technological solutions support the business objectives of the project.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Business analysis: Conducting detailed analysis of current processes in the area of Trading & FI Distribution.
• Supporting the System Analyst in designing integration solutions and target system architecture, including planning data migration and system integration.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Working closely with business teams (front office, back office, risk), IT teams, and external vendors.
• Implementation support: Actively supporting teams in the implementation of new processes, including testing and validation of solutions.
• Product knowledge: Share knowledge about products and processes, such as transactions in derivatives, currencies, debt instruments, etc.
• Product expertise: Provide support and advice on the use of front office, trading, and post-trade systems to support products.
• Documentation: Creating business documentation, including product procedures, regulations, and user manuals.
Salary: 120 – 150 zł/h + vat
Candidate profile:
• Experience in integration projects: proven experience in integration projects, data migration, or implementation of new system architecture in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of financial markets: knowledge of Treasury products and processes—bonds, IRS, CIRS, FX options, and IR.
• Knowledge of systems: Very good knowledge of at least one front office, trading, and post-trade system, such as Murex, Calypso, or Condor.
• Knowledge of systems: Very good knowledge of at least one interbank platform such as BBG ALLQ, MarketAxess, Tradeweb.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills that allow you to quickly diagnose problems and propose effective solutions.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholder groups, both on the business and technical sides.
• English: Fluent spoken and written English, enabling comfortable communication in an international environment.
