We are looking for a Project Manager for the Treasury and Markets transformation project. The purpose of this role is to ensure the coordination of daily project tasks, effective communication management, and support in the preparation of management materials. The selected candidate will actively participate in meetings, document findings, monitor progress, and transform complex information into concise presentations.
Responsibilities
• Meeting coordination: Actively participate in daily project meetings and workshops involving various teams, including IT, operations, compliance, product, and legal teams.
• Documentation and monitoring: Prepare meeting notes, document key findings, and track task completion.
• Dependency management: Identify dependencies between different work streams, escalate risks, issues, and ambiguities to the appropriate decision-makers.
• Report preparation: Create clear slides, presentations, and management materials
• Schedule management support: Assisting in maintaining and updating the project schedule and activity log.
• Communication and follow-up: Ongoing communication with task owners on the bank’s side and external partners to ensure timely completion of activities and resolution of any issues encountered.
Salary: 100 – 135 zł/h + vat
Candidate profile
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project work or in a PMO (Project Management Office) role.
• Organizational skills: diligence and willingness to work intensively in a dynamic environment; excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical skills: quick assimilation of new information, ability to see connections between different topics and draw key conclusions.
• Communication skills: strong communication skills that allow for smooth and effective collaboration with different teams.
• Technical proficiency: high proficiency in PowerPoint, ability to create professional presentations; good knowledge of Excel is also essential.
• English: fluent communication in spoken and written English, which is crucial in an international project environment.
Additional advantages
• Industry experience: experience in the banking sector, especially in integration projects, particularly in the area of Treasury/Markets
• Data visualization: ability to create dashboards and data visualizations, which will allow for more effective monitoring of progress
