Your role:
We are looking for a Banking Systems Administrator to join the team responsible for creating and developing systems that offer loan products and accounts for retail customers and SMEs.
Who are we?
A team that combines a love of technology with a passion for banking and finance. We work using both SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies, depending on the project.
We make sure everyone feels at home with us and can develop their skills. Outside of work, we enjoy spending time together – we organise trips to the mountains, which help us bond and recharge our batteries.
General requirements:
· You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
· You are familiar with scripting languages: Bash, Python
· You have experience working with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) – maintenance, troubleshooting
· You have a very good knowledge of Linux systems (CentOS / Ubuntu / RHEL)
· You are familiar with CI/CD tools: GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Ansible
· You are familiar with monitoring and visualisation tools: Prometheus, Grafana
· You have experience with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
Commitment and collaboration:
· You have good documentation and communication skills
· You are open-minded, proactive, agile and have an innovative approach to work
Nice to have:
· Experience with log management systems (e.g. ELK Stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or other solutions (e.g. OpenSearch)
· Knowledge of LowCode platforms, cloud tools (AWS / Azure / GCP) and experience in IT security
