Managing complex projects
Ensuring project deliverables are delivered and accepted within agreed scope, budget, and timelines
Managing orders with internal and external vendors
Defining dependencies between programs/projects to ensure effective implementation of interdependent initiatives
Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Understanding frameworks and practices and applying them in practice (Scrum, Kanban, and other agile scaling practices)
Identifying and addressing risks and issues, as well as removing impediments that hinder team productivity
Analyzing overall team performance, drawing conclusions, and implementing improvement actions
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
Experience in technology and security-related projects
Knowledge of at least one project management standard and agile methodologies
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively
High level of independence and proactivity
Ability to work effectively with both technical specialists and business process owners
